City Council Meetings
COVID-19 Procedures for Council Meetings
Regular Meetings of the Lodi City Council are held at 7 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month. Schedule for Regular Meetings, Shirtsleeve Meetings, and Special Meetings are posted on the City Calendar.
Consistent with Executive Order N-29-20 from the Executive Department of the State of California and the Shelter in Place Order, the City of Lodi will be conducting meetings of the City Council either via video or telephonically using the Zoom platform.
Members of the public can observe the meeting using Zoom or on the City's Facebook Page. The link to access meetings using Zoom, the meeting ID, and passcode are published on the agenda for each meeting. Agendas are located in the Agenda Center on the City website.
Meeting attendees may make Public Comment via Zoom. The Zoom meeting may be accessed through an electronic device or via telephone. The meeting access link, meeting ID, and passcode are published on the agenda for each meeting. Agendas are located in the Agenda Center on the City website.
When public comment is called for, participants may "raise their hand" by selecting "Raise Hand" or by dialing *9 on the telephone. Once called on, participates will be allowed five minutes to make their comment.
Individuals viewing the meeting on Facebook are not able participate in the meeting. If you would like to provide public comment on an item, please access the meeting using Zoom.
If you cannot attend the Council meeting, you may email written comments related to an agenda item or a non-agenda item to firstname.lastname@example.org.. Public comments submitted via email are forwarded to the City Council and posted to the City's website approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the Council Meeting.
